Statewide size limit ... none, except on certain lakes (see your fishing/boating regs pamphlet for all lake listings) .... here's the ones I know about :

    Taylorsville Lake - 9"
    KY/Barkley Lakes - 10"
    Dale Hollow Lake - 10"
    Green River Lake - 9"
    Laurel Lake - 9"
    Nolin River Lake - 9"
    Cumberland lake - 10"
    Barren River Lake - 9"

Herrington Lake, & Cedar Creek Lake do not have a minimum size limit.

There is also different daily creel limits, for some of these lakes. Taylorsville Lake is 15/person/day ... KY/Barkley is 20/person/day. I think all the others listed, are 30/person/day.

Question As to the other two ....

Dewey Lake & Licking River ... nothing listed in the fishing/boating regs, so they should probably fall under the state regs ... no size limit - 30/person/day.
You can always go to the KDFWR website and use the "Contact us" (email) function, and ask them about specific bodies of water. I've used it before, and got a reply within 24hrs.
