Definitely a fun morning. Gotta do it again soon.

Finally got back out on the lake with my son and Eric (eeker01) for a little morning searching. Started out fishing 10-11ft breaks with a decent bite, but mainly shorts. Found a better bite in 12-15ft. Didn't venture any deeper as we didn't want to leave biting fish and due to time constraints. Water temp was 78.5*, lake level up a few feet, and color was dingy. On the lake at 630 and off at 1130 as the winds and holiday traffic picked up. Darker colored tubes and BG baby shads worked for me. Fun morning with a fellow CDC'r and my boy. Only negative of the trip was another boater made off with my buoy marker . But all as well. Hopefully marker serves them as good as it did me.

Another gracious CDC'r picked up my buoy, and offered to return it to me. Sweet deal...an opportunity to meet another member..yay!
Nicely done
Holy crap, as of 10 am there is 33,290 cfs of water flowing thru the Delaware river at Muscotah...that may mess up the fishing for awhile.
