The best way that I have found to get those crappie back down is to close the mouth(fishes), hold by tail and drop them. Ifin dat wont do it,,, take pole and with tip, head them down a ft or two. If that fails, use net and push and hold them down. Takes a little effort but sure looks better than having a lot of 'floaters' around. This happens a lot when catching them in 25ft and more. Don't know when I'll be getting out again but would just love to use my 'Okie' license one more time this year. <*)}}}><

Looks like it might be a tough week weather wise to get out. I am kinda of a chicken anymore. Do not like a lot of wind get tired of riding the trolling motor all the time
