Sounds good guys, have been trying to finish out my creek boat, might try to go to walnut creek off Toronto or eagle creek off Redmond. I agree about the skiers and jet skis making it tough to fish, it seems like my boat is a magnet for them. Maybe they think mybouy markers are a slalom course.

Eagle creek is getting fairly low. We missed out on a lot of rain.

I ended up going to Clinton friday night and there was only one other boat at the marina number 1 lot. Fished also Monday morning until 10 am and nobody was on the lake. Maybe everybody knew the fish were not biting.

5 inches of rain at Kanopolis Sunday night after winds gusted 30-40 all day long. Didn't even put the boat in the water this weekend. Was good to get away tho!!!

Fished a creek Saturday morning and caught around 30 crappie and kept 8. Had 2 over 14". Sunday fished a new place I had wanted to try for years on the river, only caught 2 crappie but one was 14"+ and the other over 13". Fish both days wanted a big bait, glow chart. did the best. Planned on fishing monday but the storms weren't finished, so I spent the morning pouring a box full of 3" stingers for the creeks and rivers.

River is high and on the rise. I talked to some guys fishing from the bridge east of Hartford tonight. He had a boat upriver and ironically enough watched it go floating past about 10 minutes before I got there. Lebo creek is full, so I imagine Eagle creek is looking good too. We got a good rain last night as well.
