Default Time to Find Post-Spawn fish at Eldorado?

OK... spawn is over at ElDorado?.. where are some post-spawn deep water
sites? I've paid my dues with a lot of trips being skunked or small stringers
during the spawn... seems like it was a tough year for most I ran into.

I know everyone that has a post-spawn site guards them like they are the crown
jewels.. but I know crappie tend to gather around the same places each
year and maybe a few of you guys could see your way to throw out a
few lat/long way-points to the great masses of frustrated low lifers?

(Yeah, we all have heard of "look for structure/brush around drop-offs
near deep water" ... there are only about ten thousand places like that
    on Eldorado)

    Thanks in advance,

There are 5 good ways to get the information you are seeking, and you will quickly learn ain't none of em cheap.

    1. Hire a guide, there are 2 good ones on this board. Chatt and Shane.
    2. Fish tournaments on your lake of choice.
    3. Offer to split costs with someone who fishes your lake.
    4. Spend lots of time searching new areas with good electronics.
    5. Utilize waypoints offered up by the KDWP.

There is no miracle with any of these methods, they all require time and money spent.

The thing to do is find a part of the lake you like and work it everytime you go out. Learn it well and the pattern the fish are on. When you do this, it will work on about most areas that look the same. Trees are you best friend. I can tell you where to go but this will change in a few weeks. Hope you understand that this is the only way to learn or hire a guide.. good luck..

Definitely myself and a buddy of mine looking at going out with Shane - hopefully soon - meanwhile... eldorado is drivin' me nuts..
been using a low end grayscale hummingbird (lots of trips) to find what seem to be perfect spots... but to no avail.. There are literally thousands of trees
close to drop-offs.. rock bottom .. channel bends, etc, etc... caught a few short whites, a short wiper and small cats but no crappie or
    walleye..

So I couldn't help myself in asking for a location .. just to see what makes a productive spot special on the dang lake.

Pulled the trigger on an Lowrance Elite 7 HDI for the color and downscan...gonna give that a try... I may have a
bunch of gear for sale after this or do my fishing at Dillons!
