Yep it's interesting seeing that not may fish with the same colors as there go to lure, With the exception of the chartruese color on some part of a lot of lures.

Red\Chart or Black\Chart are the 1st colors tried. Very very bummed to find out yum is no longer making the 3" beaver tail. I was handing them out like candy as they were putting fish in the boat and now I am almost out and they no longer make them . I own multiple colors of the 2" wasshoppa jigs and I have not caught fish with them. It could be a confidence thing but when other guys in the boat are pulling in fish and you are not then they go back in the tackle box quickly. I have experimented with them quite a bit and have had little success. Are you guys modifying them in a way that makes them more effective? I use the 2"-3" tubes, beaver tails, slab slayer, slab busters, crappie stingers and have had success with all of them.

Maybe they are only 2"ers. Won't be the 1st time I guessed big :D I'll check out the package when I get home. I sure hope you are right.

    For Stain water I use:
Chart. or Fl. Pink or hot orange head on black body. (Go to bait on cloudy days and night bite)
Silver or Pink head with Pink body Silver tail
Orange and Chartreuse combo of some sort.
    For Clear water I use:
All Black (Go to bait on cloudy days and night time)
Black and Silver/grey combo of some sort
White head with green pumpkin or watermelon body.

But crappie will always tell you what they want, it just a matter of finding it.

    Nate.
