So in your opinion, are the biologists wrong?

The state can make the limit whatever they want.....enforcing it is another story. I suspect more than 20 fish a day will be headed North on a regular basis though. Usually they do this by the old 20 is the limit but 40 in possession. Usually filleted as they go and packed on ice. Have to wait and see how its written. The honest will be honest but....
