    Default Favorite jig colors

What are some of your go-to jig color combinations? I've been tying a ton of jigs this fall and winter, and want to see if I'm "missing" some killer combo for local waters.
One that I love is red head, black body, chartreuse tail. I've always got a bunch of those in the box! Electric chicken is a new one that I caught a bunch of fall and winter fish on...

I've got close to a hundred diffrent color combinations but I could prob narrow it down to 6 or 7.

    #1 - pink / pearl or white
    #2 - black / chartruse
    #3 - red / white
    #4 - white / chartruse
    #5 - blue / white
    #6 - red / chartruse
    #7 - chartruse / pink (electric chicken)

I use a chartruse or pink jig head with chartruse or pink crappie nibblets / maggots.

I have used a ton of combos with pink this winter, too. Pink/blue/white was absolutely the ticket in October and November.
    Does anyone use much orange?

black and Chartreuse white and Chartreuse pink and Chartreuse. I like a bright orange head also do not know if it matters to the fish but it looks pretty to me.

Black/chartreuse, black/pink, electric chicken, red/white. I use a few others but these seem to work the best for me.
