Artic Armor is not only warm, waterproof, wind proof, if you fall in it keeps you afloat would not have any thing else when on ice or in boat in cold weather.

I bought the clam ice armor suit before the arctic armor came out and it is warm water proof wind proof and heavy and if you fall in you'll sink like a rock but I love it for winter fishing.

Others with the arctic armor I've fished with love their suits but it appears to me the outer fabric on the arctic armor is not as durable as on the arctic armor. I did hear of someone with ice armor that had a pant leg zipper malfunction and understand after some hassle they finally got a free replacement.

Being a fan of Gortex, I ended up with one of these http://www.ebay.com/itm/GORE-TEX-Cov...item3cd8962cbc

Over coveralls when very cold or over regular clothes as rain gear. Windproof and waterproof of course, I never go anywhere without my autoinflate PFD
