    Default finally a bigger boat

after fishing the last year out of my 17ft basstrack (which i love alot and works great for crappie) i wanted something a little bigger and faster to help with fishing the kansas crappie trail. Didnt really like being on melvern last saturday with 25mph winds in a 17ft modified v with 45hp.

So i bought the boat from duckman that was posted on the any interest on a stripper boat.

Love how it sets up, limited storage but that keeps me from trashing it out so quickly, i have to clean it up or it blows out.

Just pulled it home tonight. pulled great (but i need to raise my hitch about 4 inchs).

Got home and no one even carred to come out and take a look at it. so i figured i would post it here at least someone would appreciate it. Besides making shane get out and come look at it as i drove thru his town.

Not that i want the kansas winds to blow now but at least i will be ready for it.

    DON

p.s. the race is on to get it ready for the eldorado tournament, after fishing the special olympic this saturday and not working on my new toy.

From the pics, I thought it looked like a pretty sweet rig. And the price seemed pretty reasonable too. Good luck with it!

That was a real nice boat. I did ride it in high wind conditions Friday after getting it out of storage. Handles waves great. Seems like a very fancy crappie rig to me but its good to live in America. Buddies dads boat, he passed. I wish you calm seas and large fish as you go out in Tom's dad's lifetime boat. You be riding with style. Congrats, have fun.
Please post some pics from time to time as you get it refitted.
