Great start. Keep up the good work.
Thought I would try some tying after a couple years off. Bought a new vice yesterday and some chenille. Tied a couple jigs with just the thread neck to get started again. I had to watch a couple videos to remember how to do the whip finish and a couple more about tying in the chenille, first time using it.

Great start. Keep up the good work.
Great start. Someone on here was making thread neck jigs and putting UV resin on the necks. Really makes them shine!

As everyone said good start. Those will fish. Like everything the more you do, the better you get.
Great looking ties

Nice! See you got the Nirvana. Have my eyes on this vise and have recommended it to a few. How do you like it?
Good looking ties and vice! Thanks for sharing

Great looking ties and vice. Putting UV resin one the threads of your thread bodied jigs helps protects them should a toothy critter get a hold of it. I also coat the head at the same time. This ties the thread into the head, and protects the eys if you have any there.

Good looking jigs. Looks like that vice will be serving you very well.
Health nuts are going to feel stupid someday, lying in hospitals dying of nothing.
I really don't know much about the different vice's. I'm coming from like a $30 very basic vise. The little bit I used it yesterday it seems well made, Parts seem to be machined aluminum with good tolerances. I didn't think that I needed a rotary vise, but glad that it has the feature for wrapping the chennile. Watched one review on youtube, the person seemed to think they were worth the money.
