    That’s a great looking tie. Back in the day I could never match that but I did learn to create that segmented body look. Foam is neat to work with and I agree it is probably best used on a nice 3 or 5 wgt fly rod. When the terrestrials start coming along that one will be a killer. Got to be a u tube out there on it.

    it looks good but bulky. It looks like an easy tie if you can find the materials. I have not seen any of that foam where I live.

    Creme 2mm craft foam. I see it quite often at Hobby Lobby

    I use to find a lot of different color and thickness foam at Joanne’s or almost any craft store. Cheap too.
