This is a mix of white and blue metal flake...going for an ice type color but it worked pretty good.

Hey Guys, I'm having trouble coming up with some lighter shades of powder paint. I have 2 shades of blue but they are darker than I want and what I thought was going to be pink, but it's a very dark pink, not far from being red. It seems like the power is a lighter color, but when you put it on the jig head it turns out darker. I would also like for it to be a shiny finish rather than a matte finish. Any suggestions for blue and pink?
Thanks
GF

Sounds like you are not getting the jig hot enough. They should be very shiny when cured. Bet the pink goes pink when you get it hot enough. You can mix colors but you usually see the grainy pigment. Here are some cure times.

You can also add a clear powder paint to your mix. Write down your mixing ratio - in case you want to repeat.
Many colors I cab't get to mix like I would like them so I have hunted out more pale colors and think I have some of both the kind you may be wanting. Let me look a min. Okay here are 2 pictures that should give you an idea of what I mean. PM me if you like any of these and we can talk. I forgot to say the Metal Flake Glitter is not in the paint and was added.
