Default new spin, on using twister tails.

    hey guys,
experimented with this new rig i made, for some real dirty water.
#4 aberdeen hook, worm weight, and spinner blade.
had really good results with it.
just thought i would share with the class.

Interesting. Looks like a small walleye rig? Is that all tied on a wire like an inline spinner?

Interesting and should work I think. I made some jigs with a prop on the jig that was just behind the head and they worked well too, but I still have to go with my little Roadrunners so the other stay in my box, lol! I would also tell you if your fishing really stained water maybe try something with a Hot Orange soft plastic on it! I use that on my little Roadrunners after a big rain and the lake gets stained bad and they work great!

tied 6lb. mono to hook, and threaded other parts onto to line...

Use that pattern a lot for walleye up north here. Never tried on crappie, but you may be on to something.

i never thought to try it for walleye. i will now.
i was catching crappie every cast with a jig & twister tail one day. they finally slowed down, then stopped.
i put this on, with the same colors as the jig i was using, and they started hitting again.
    it worked !
