I use a Nor on my jigs and have for about 8 years now. Love it and I have to admit the first reason I bought it was that special way to dub on it, but soon that part was not even the way I do dubbing because I learned about Don Ordes way of dubbing which is Rope Dubbing. However I do save a little time wrapping thread because of being able to spin it. This is big for me since my shoulder is shot so not having to make all the wraps with my arm is a big help. It takes a little getting use to the straight jaw, but that is only one I use now and have several including the fine point one, but it just sits in the box. Seems one either loves them or hates them so it's gonna be something you will have to see for your self for the most part.

    I love my Nor-Vise!
