First Time Jig Tying

Should get you some fish - As Stump said watch the thread over the eyelet. Looking at them are you tying with a collared jig?? If so try cutting some off and tying on the hook shank totally different feel when you tie.

Yes, I used collared heads on these jigs. I have a few non-collared heads that I am going to use next time I tie some jigs.

For sure when you get to tying chenille only use jig heads without a collar!
