Looks good man! Only thing I would say is add some of the little V's to it. Also maybe I am wrong, but look like your using saddle hackle for the tail and they will not have the good little V's I use! Other than these 2 things they do look really good!

It doesn't need to be Salt Water Hackle, it can be just regular strung Neck Hackle which you can get at most any tying material shot out there including Crazy Angler! It will make a big difference in your tails. I was fishing a bit last Saturday and I was fishing tight line under a bridge and not pulling one of my fav little RR's. I was actually using a 1/4 Oz ball Hot Pink head and Estaz Grande Chart Body and Chart Hackle tail and fist the sparkle from the body caught my attention with the sun hitting it. Then I had never paid a lot of attention to what Hackle looked like in the water and really was surprised at how well it opened up. Usually we only see a jig like that when we pull it out of the water and then it looks like a stick, LOL! However the entire jig looked really good in the water and even though there was not many crappy under there yet there was a few and I caught some, but all kind of small, like 9" to 10" max and all really void of color so just out of the deep!
I said all that garbage just to point out when using Saddle Hackle it can only open up so much in the water because it's more of a pointed feather and Neck Hackle has a much more of a blunt end on it and is wider.
