    Default First ties

These are my first ties. I tried to stick mainly to patterns which have worked for me in the past.

One of the main reasons I decided to get into it was I got tired of leaving $0.75 jigs hanging in brush or dock structure. These are tied on Curtis's Litewire jigs.

Still haven't gotten it down pat by any means but hopefully the fish won't notice the flaws.

Thanks to the guys who post here I've gotten the bug .......... I can see a whole corner of the workshop soon to be dedicated to tying materials!

Thanks for the encouragement guys! I'm already thinking on some patterns for smallmouth and looking for ballhead jigs with saltwater hooks for reds & trout.

Look great!! Now that your hooked and worried about losing that .75 cent lure you are about to spend a lot of money (like I did) to make more and better looking jigs!! Now you'll be spending WAY more. lol
