My first order from him took two weeks and then I ordered some hooks and it took almost three weeks without a simple email to me explaining why. So I called and cancelled my order and told him about his lack of customer service. He is struggling.

I'm a 1 man show as well. I can feel his pain. I've been attempting to update my website for 3 months. I was almost caught up about a week ago. That lasted for about 12 hours.

Glad this was put out. I've never ordered from him, and now never will. I usually order between 1500-2000 jigs at a time. My past two orders have been from Grousefly. Product was OK, but it took a couple months each time. I suspect he was filling smaller orders first, although I understand he was having some health problems as well. Regardless, I'm going to look for someone else next time.

It's hard to play all the instruments when your a one man band but lack of communication is intolerable IMO.

This is my first reply on this site. Been chasing crappie 7 years now, just recently started making my own jigs this year. I placed an order with him 5 days ago. I guess I won't be tying jigs next week love this site btw��

Call him after 5 pm at night is what some of the folks here suggest. Haven't ordered from him in a long time.

I ordered from grandpa Bob a few years back I did not have any problems but of course things are probably changed with him I know that he is very busy there could be one of many things with them I would suggest to try to call him and talk things out I would think if he could not come through with your order it least it he should refund your money without any problem.

I do suggests the following crazy angler does a fine job and he is real fast with the orders bobo is handling some supplies in he is real good course there are many other companies out there that you could order from.

Try litewirehooker. My jigs from him have always been of great quality! You can even call him to see when he can have them done because he is a guide. I ordered on Thursday or Friday and was painting and tying by Tuesday.

I second Crazy Angler very fast on delivery and the products are top quality. Bobo jigs are the best.
