Default Back in the Crappie jig mood

I have been tying trout flies the past few weeks, but today decided to make a few (9 dozen) crappie jigs. Poured, painted and tied all today.

The jigs look good. Why did it take all day? That is staying busy all day, nice work.

Looks good, I take it your a marabou fan? I am too and all I use in spring. Not sure why I don't use it as much in summer, I should. I also like rabbit a good bit.

Looked like a bunch of little war bonnets to me just waiting for you to declare a new war on crappie. No truce on catching crappie that i can see. If you need help frying an disposing of the fallen just let me know and I will be glad to help at the burial party.
