    Default First try with foxtail

The previous owner of the tail, over 20", wasn't using it any longer and I was happy to put it to use. This is an eighth ounce bass style jighead without the weed guard. I found about 60 of these heads at the flea market for $2, figured I couldn't go wrong. I think this should be a hit with the smallies we have around here, but time will tell. It's red fox and this section of the tail has black tips. He was a gorgeous animal, a shame to see him road killed. My first time fooling with this, it's real fluffy and should have lots of action when wet. That's a 1/16th #4 to show size comparison. Thanx for looking.......Skeet.

Nice tie Skeet, good job! I like Fox a lot and have a lot of colors. They are a bit high cost when you have to buy them, but lots of hair on them and I love how most of it is nice thin and not stiff. Some natural ones are better than others, but the white and died ones are nice.
