jigs leaving here monday morn 26 jigs right???

Jim - if you decide to throw an auction or two on Ebay be sure and post links. I want to make sure I don't miss a chance at anything. Greedy cuss that I am and these two charities are a couple of my favorites. Plus the skill and talent I seen here anybody be proud to own these jigs.

Got 32" of the frozen white stuff here on the ground and more coming!I cant see the car from my house.Blizzard warnings in effect till tomorrow night.were already in the middle of record blizzard .ain't seen this much since storm of 78'member dat one???good golly y'all" ,we got 6 to 8 ft. snow drifts here already! .My outside dogs needed to be rescued twice since yesterdaythere going in the work shop if it keeps up.I can see it now all my hackle,thread,chenille stock ripped up and shredded from here to kingdom com!I'll be BBQ'N dog from now till next spring how bout it!

Blizzard of 1977 I had to put my two outside dogs in the barn. We had drifts up to the bottom of the telephone lines. I lived in "deep " country then too. About six places on the road I lived the drifting snow created six snow tunnels. Just wide enough for one car.

Youngest son was born before the day blizzard hit. Ground was bare that night I got home next morning I was snowed in. Had to dig my way to the poor beagles and get them to barn. I was young then and strong as a horse. I needed every bit of it fighting with that storm. Was two days before I could make it back into hospital to see newborn son. The hospital lost power 2 or 3 times and the staff took all the newborns and mothers into a special room heated with emergency generators.

1978 the storm you are talking about not as much snow as 1977 but stronger winds here. Lost power at house one side of street had power the other side had it. Me and 4 kids stuck in house . Mama stuck at work. Had to carry baby in arms and sling younger daughter on back the older tow I had hang on my coat. We waded thru belly deep snow to get to neighbor's. Neighbor lady fed the kids hot choc. and took over with the baby. Her husband and I went to the back room for a man jolt, About 4 fingers of JD.
What a night it was for sure. That JD burned all the way down but d--N it did taste good.

I'll definitely put some of the jigs up for auction on ebay. By the time I get everything from this swap people may be suffering from spring fever and looking to buy some jigs.I've been selling jigs on ebay for 5+ years and March is one of the better month's for selling.I'll post the item numbers so everyone on cc can follow the auctions and possibly bid on them,should be a blast.
