    Default mississippi river crappies

Had a pretty steady bite all fall good numbers but haven't been able to get on big slabs yet lots of small fish and plentiful 9 to 12 inch fish the bite should be picking up this week as fish are moving from deep to shallow for winter I'm hoping to get on some slabs this week with high water levels on river last two years its its made some good fishing but also changed some of my past fishing patterns I hope to share some niche photos later in the week

Buzzer, I fish the creeks off the ohio and Im figuring you have similar patterns as I do in my area. Are you getting them in creeks?????? I hate to ask questions but Ive been trying to do some "river" crappie fishing but i try the creeks off the ohio and boy have I struck out big time these past 2 years. If you don't mind can you let me know what the fish are doing in your area and when they move shallow etc. I would sure love some help. Ive got the lakes figured out but the creeks kick my but unless its spring time. You can pm it to me if you don't want to post it on main bored. If you dont wat to share the info I will also understand.......... Thanks Robin Wash Georgetown Ohio

I didn't think we were fishing the same area. It is amazing we catch 90% whites in 18 and 19 and it looks like yours are mostly black up north.
