    Default Fishing Fri and Sat


    I took Friday of so I could do some fishing. Decided to go to Roberts creek since I've never been there. According to the DNR report, the fishing was "fair", which was a better report than Big Creek. Drove over there, spent the morning, and caught nothing. The people I saw, and talked to had the same kind of luck. Water temps were mid-50's.

    Went back to Big Creek and caught a few Friday afternoon, then went out Saturday for half a day, and caught 15 and 1 good sized yellow perch. Water temps are mid-50's at BC also.Talked to a guy that had a thermometer down about 12 ft. I think it he said it was 44 or 46 degrees down there.
