Default More Details on the meeting

Tuesday December 6th is our next American Sportsmen meeting...it will be held in the Fireside Room at Liberty and we'll start at 7p.

Our guest speaker will be Steve Braddy and he will be talking about Winter Steelhead fishing. Steve will be talking about how to catch Steelhead and where to catch Steelhead in NWI. What's unique about Steve is that he is a videographer so we'll be treated to some outstanding footage on Steelhead fishing.

American Sportsmen is all about guys getting together and talking about the great outdoors. So, even if you've never fished for Steelhead in your life...come on out Tuesday night and see some great footage, learn something about fishing, and mingle with guys and share some stories about your experiences outdoors.

    See ya there!

Default Crappie Fishing technics for Steelhead??

We did have a great program on Tuesday with Steve Braddy. It was amazing to me that his technics were pretty much like I fish for crappie, except his big pole. He was talking about using small artifical jigs and floats. Here's some pics from the meeting. Gave me some hope that I might be able to fish for these buggers!!

Default Fishing Charters as Doorprizes at Big Game Night!

Just wanted to invite my Indiana Crappie.com friends to a the "Big Game Night" at my church on March 25th. The program won't be about fishing but we are giving away 3 -Two person 6 hour charters with Rainmaker Charters out of Portage. Our speaker is Bill Snodgrass from "Hunts to Remember" on the Sportsman Channel. The tickets are just $10 for a catered meal and a great program. Come on out!!
