Very nice!
Right now is one of the greatest times of the year for getting big slabs out of thick cover with that in mind I’ve made my own jig and here’s how.
First of all you will need a number eight or number six jig hook. I chose the killer jig hook number eight
next you’ll need to select what size split shot to use remembering what weight you want to use on your jig
Put the hook in the split shop and a tiny drop of super glue and squeeze with smooth jaw pliers
Using a small hammer and anvil like on the back of a vice tap lightly to form the jig head design.
Powder paint jig head
Select the type of body that you choose and check the profile of the jig
The entire process takes less than five minutes and gives you exactly what it takes to get down inside all of those branches that are woven together and eat up jigs thought you might give it a try enjoy and go get some slabs. Most of all everyone stay healthy.
