    Awesome ! However, this is only a drop in the bucket to the amount of pouching that goes on out there. What on earth would he be doing with all those small drum and carp ? The penalty for pouching should be very hard, like no license for 3 years and $1,000 fine. It's not that hard to follow rules. I'm sure they get off "easy".

    what a tard!!!!! lmao the guy cant be all there. cant think of a worse place to break the law. lol he probably was selling the meat to a local restaurant. that seems to be what these types do. on the other hand he could have been trying to feed his family. either way law is law. makes me wonder how many fish he has stolen over the years!
