When I first started here I gave out too Much information and had two guys on the exact spot I described the next day. Lesson was quickly learned.

I've not had a lot of time to fish this year so not much to post. I do check to forum daily an read each post just to keep up with what is going on. Big Arm, your stories always bring a grin, keep em comin.

I've thought things have been pretty quite on here this fall, I hope it's not an indication of the future for this site. I think we can all share information without being specific. I would hate to see this community of fishing people fall by the wayside.

Hope everyone has a great thanksgiving and gets a chance to share a meal and partake in your libation of choice with family and friends.

The board is toast. Has been all year for the most part. Between those who posted and got their favorite waters overcrowded, and others who posted and caught heck for it, everybody pretty much just shut down. Was fun while it lasted. Still OK to post general stuff and questions it seems.

This is true, too. Other forms of social media allow you to share things only with "friends". That alone allows us more control with whom we share info....at least to an extent.

I thought it was kind of quiet on here this fall. But then we had a wet cold fall in northeast Ind. I still found time to look at postings but I never got out to contribute on here. Hopefully my heath will improve for the spring fishing and I will be able to get on here more. I'm not a Facebook person so I have no comment about it. I try to give information to help others.

i have noticed a drop in some other forums too. i agree, people are wising up on posting info. good thing for the fish. bad thing for the lurkers n rapers. its a shame something made to help people catch more fish, does the opposite.
