We have to have the whites on while anchored and the colored on while moving. You also have to stay a minimum of 100'from another craft.
Hope you got the reg numbers and reported the boat.
no cubswin, i didnt. im not one to use the law. i find i get better results myself. lol
not sure on our laws but i never been hassled for not having them on. i see most fishermen light out when at anchor. law or not mine stay off when im not running, until i hear/see a boat coming.
that is bad kyron4. you can take a bigstik cat rod equipped with 80# firewire and a 6oz weight. see how far you can cast. Or call PoleCat I love to run down jerks in my Triton bass boat. And show them what @#$% hitting the fan sounds like....MARINE
I like the way you think there is no room for that kind of stuff at night or day on the water we have a lot of commercial fisherman in this area and at the end if the day when they are hauling 1000 plus pound of crawfish out of the swamp and inconsiderate boater pass them wide open and never look back you can believe if they are met at the launch they learn their lesson
a few rounds from a 357 mag stops that, and they called the law on me and they got procuted for it my bulletts were right down the middle of his boat bottom so they new what was going on.
You actually shot a guys boat and got away with it?
had a buddy do that in florida he was in a gheenoe a big boat repeatedly buzzed him he fired shots and spent 30 days in jail you are vey lucky you didn t as well we all want to stop that behavior but shooting is a little excessive
