Ha! What the heck, you feeling bad about all the ribbing you give me or what? Wish I had time to get out, #*$&^% garden's keeping me busy, and grouse season is approaching.

I'm pretty sure if I get me one of them African Safari helmets, my catch rate is going to double. INGrandad isn't perfect though.... I'm pretty sure he could have stuffed 4-5 more bluegill in that cooler (picture in a previous post). I thought his flyrod was a lethal weapon, but judging by more recent pictures... I'd say he is not limited to the flyrod but has the entire Springfield Arsenal. Keeping us all inspired.

I do dearly love to catch fish. Mostest favorite thing to do. I'd like to know a lot more about crappie though, pretty comfortable flyfishing for them, but this jig thing, and all the techniques for them, got my head spinning. Second thing I'd like to learn is where to find them consistantly. Seems to be a problem for some like me, not so much for others around here.

SAY WHAT? I did THAT? Boy, I didn't even know there were any fish in any of those lakes I mentioned.
