    Default Taylorville lake bite

Me and my son started the day about 10 am. It started slow with several small fish, but as the day went on the fishing picked up. We was fishing with black and pink strike kings slab slanders. Water temp was in the low 50s. Name: 20171029_172836.jpg

Great mess of fish and to catch them with your son is probably the best part.

Hit Taylorville again today, and limited out. Was wet early with just a little wind. But as day went on the wind picked up. Same jig color as yesterday( black/pink). There schooling up and gorging on shad.
