Iv stayed at the holiday. Really nice place as far as places to stay. Plenty of parking. However there is only one stinkin plug in which is in the back right beside one of the back doors.
Planning a trip to Grenada this spring, has anyone stayed at the Holiday Inn or the Econo lodge I have reservations for both just trying to decide which is the best option for a fisherman with a boat? Of these 2 hotels do they have hookups for charging your batteries or do you have to drag them to your room. Any opinions or info about these 2 hotels would be greatly appreciated.

You would be better off at Hambones in my opinion. Fish cleaning station, plenty of room and surrounded by fisherman. 50 bucks a night if not mistaken.

Was the parking lot big enough for boat and trailer birdy. I would hate to get up and be boxed in with cars all around.
check for cabins at the state park
Thanks for the help, I guess Ill stay with the Holiday Inn since ive already got reservations. Well be going March 12th cant imagine anything else would be avaialble this late.
It actually isnt late but you may be right. Like to invite you to come by and see us, we will be having a FJ tourney on the 14th out of Grenada Landing and then our Spring Camp eating at Grenada Landing after the weigh in. check the MS board for more details.
Good luck and safe travels, hope you enjoy your stay down here.
