Shelbyville Report!
Shelbyville is fishing as good as iv saw it all year right now. Or as Si Robertson would say "its on like bing bong jack!" Dad and I had a double limit in under 2 hours this evening. Were catching really good fish and a lot of them! Were fishing jigs tipped with a minnow and slip cork rigs with minnows and whacking em both ways. Every now and then we catch a good one on a straight jig too.
White Bass guys: Spent the first hour today catching whites and largemouth. They had millions of shad pushed up into a corner along some weed stems and I would say caught 35-45 in that time period. It was one of those days we really didnt want to end.
Fish are definitely biting guys. So get out and enjoy this cooler weather and go get ya some!

Do you think it will make any difference this weekend on what time we go out. I got a couple of things I need to take care of before noon Saturday so wondering if it will make a difference if I go at 10 instead of 7

Birdy, Where did you find the whites? Was there any size to them? I was up on the north end last week and caught a few but I'm telling you I've caught bigger bluegills without a lot of effort compared to these guys!!
