Ken- we cleaned them right outside our hotel room door. I brought me a piece of old countertop that I use to clean my fish and set me up a station. Smelled a little fishy around there but being in grenada, im sure they were used to it! Had a feller come down and watch me clean every fish, offered to buy the fillets off of me too. Saw me throw the ribs away and about had a cow, so he got every rib I cut out haha.
