Post away. That's what this site is all about. Crappie fisherman helping other crappie fisherman. I say turn the names of those who sent PM's that crossed the line to the Mod's and they should be banned from the site. We don't want nor do we need those types of members here.

Have some of these Lakes seen more pressure because of guys posting success stories on here? Absoulutely! Does that mean that the guys who are reading the posts and heading to these Lakes are catching the fish like the OP's? Absoulutely not! I have made 3 trips to Rend (1 1/2 hour drive each way for me) because of the results and info I've seen on this site. One member who guides there was kind enough to reply to both PM's I have sent him asking for a "little" help. My first trip over was at the peak of the spawn during the flood in 2011. I caught 16 fish while the Lake was falling thanks to that member's help. I've been back 2 times since then and caught a total of 2 keepers. Just goes to show that the fish don't jump in the boat. Local knowledge is something that "Lurkers" can't find in a post on the internet.

This site is great! I have learned so much from many on here and there's a certain young guy that steered me in the right direction, that sure helped me put my wife on fish. I hope Slab does lock it down so that you have to join to see the posts, etc!

Hey i think I have a solution to this issue. If someone on here does not like the fact that we crappie fishermen or fisherwomen share on here then guess what dont be a member to this awesome website. This is a PUBLIC forum. Just because someone doesnt join doesnt mean that they shouldnt be able to read post. Go fish and have fun. I live three miles from lake shelbyville. If anyone on here wants to go walk the banks down here with us, give me a pm and your more thank welcome to come fish with us. heck i will show you where the brush is.
