I think it will be just fine....Probably go to go with less weight...Since we are building a storage box in the middle of the boat...Which will add more weight..Plus, we are going to double up on 3/4 treated plywood....Not sure exactly how much weight we are going to add yet...

Whats the name of that printing shop in Highland? I could also use about 150# of lead.

    Hi Skunded Again,

We thought about sand bags...But, the sand bags will eventually break down and the sand will block up the tunnels that the water needs to run down...

I think we will double up the floor with 3/4 in treated plywood...Plus, we are building a pretty good storage box in the middle of the boat....May add just a little weight up front under the floor....

    Hi Speckcahser5lb,

What type of boat was it? Also, where did you put the weight at?

    Hi Speckchaser5lb,

Did it seem to help with the extra 100lbs up front?......I have a 16ft panfish tracker and I want to add weight to it...But, not sure how much to add....We are already will be doubling up on the 3/4in treated plywood for the floor..Plus, going to build a storage box in the middle of the boat.....So, all that 3/4 in wood should add a good amount of weight..But, I want to get this right the first...Don't want to have to take the floor out again to adjust the weight...
