Default Lake Lou or Hillsboro Water Clarity

After all the rain, what's the water clarity like on Lou and or Hillsboro? Fished all day Friday in the wind and rain at Hillsboro (both lakes) and ended up with a decent mess of fish. Water had a nice stain to it, but the fish were not very active. Finally found them in a couple of spots, but they were deep and wanted NO movement of the jig. Caught them on jigs at 9ft in 10fow. Water temp on the big lake was down to 59 from 72 a week and a half ago.

    Hi,

I just got off the phone with Jim Cadwell...He is the lake manager at Lou Yaeger...He told me that the water clarity isn't that bad at Lou....He is surpised since Litchfield got a lot of rain...

Jeremy, thanks for the reply. I think I'm gonna give the fish a break and head for the golf course tomorrow.
