Default Plan in fishing lake shelbyville Friday

I am planning on fishing shelbyville Friday. Heard it is suppose to be 53 with 16mph sw winds. Was wanting to know if anyone knows how it has been this week or what to except fishing wise after these coule of days of brutal wind and low temps.

Was out today for a bit with my dad. Fish are still biting, but are very lethargic. At least the ones we found. You really need to work your bait slow and let it sit in front of their faces without moving before they seem to want to bite. We got ours in 8-9 foot of water, but if you can find some brush in 10-13 foot thats going to be great. 16th or 8th oz heads with some sort of chartruese tube.

duc hunter- we caught em both verticle jiggin and with a cork. the water is pretty clear so backing off the pile and casting a cork to it has worked real well. I see a lot of people working the cork pretty fast this time of year. The water is 36 degrees, and today we would let the cork sit for up to 30 seconds before bobbing it again. Dont be afraid to just let it sit, they are there
