Could be one or more were orphaned and she adopted them.
2 for sure are hers from what I could see in the multiple images , one not sure , our whitetails in this part of the world do NOT do adoptions , they will beat down another fawn or deer for sure over getting too close to them when they have young ones by their side .
that said they may have been seeking strength in numbers by grouping tightly like that or maybe that third one is a last years fawn , not sure for sure is me ....

doubtful if she took another's in or last year as they run them off while preggers. It happens more than folks realize here in midwest. I have a doe at my suburban home who has had them two years in a row. brings them underneath my high deck and we watch and talk to them all the time.
