Thread: New rifle

I used the CCI v-max with the polymer tip with the 17 grain bullet. I need to go to a fmj bullet as the v-max did a little more damage than I like. I did some research and found a fmj bullet is made in 20 grains by a couple different companies. They claim that the fmj bullet is superb for small game and shooting furbearers with minimal meat and fur loss.
