Default sometimes it just is what it is .....

went back out Tuesday , hit a big ole coon at 75 mph in the rain at about 5:30 am ......hit a big hog with the 06 at about 6:20 am ....then hit a pretty wide 8 running does at 8:20 am that didn't need to be breeding the does .....
I hit the grunt call a few times late in the morning because there was zero activity after the hog fiasco early . did see a buck following a doe about 6:45 way out and leaving the area pretty fast ,but after that it was dead zone . not to mention the cows that hung around in front of my blind forever .
I could have waited I suppose for a larger buck like maybe the one I saw Saturday but to be quite honest I was in the lets smack some today mode .
I hit the grunt call 3 different times about 7:45 to when I took the buck . all 3 times does came out from different directions looking some kinda freaked out .
last bunch out was looking real confused and then here he comes like a bird dog . anyway off to the butcher they went and until I go again I hope yawl have a good hunt as well .
p.s. YES I had me some buck tacos last night as well ....LOL

Fine eating you got there. I have cooked deer horn every way possible and I have never got it to taste like loin.

I hunt in a 2 buck county and 2 doe ......that buck takes out my chance for another larger rack . Only one over 13 inches wide and then the next has to be a spike on at least one side
