    From the looks of the fish bellies its over. Or those are all males. I never could tell the difference.

    What state are you in? And more than likely they haven’t started yet. In my experience they usually get started once the water hits 65. Black crappie will start a little sooner. With the water being only 60 degrees, most are probably still in a prespawn/spawn staging phase. There might be some males moving shallow here and there but those big females are probably still in deeper water.
