A good tip for sure. I got md when I see discarded fishing line in the water or along the bank waiting to do damage to fish and wildlife. Take it home with you you brought it, lot of launches have a disposable place for fishing line use it!

Great tip. I just traded for a used boat about 3 weeks ago and have not had time to carry it out. I am going to check this before I head out this morning.

Good tip. I put any line I take off my reels in an empty water bottle and put the cap back on and it will go in the recycle bin. Good place for it.

You ALMOST had an excuse to buy one of those New models, with the upgraded Spot Lock.

That same line will cost a fortune on your outboard if it eats the seal up. Usually by the time you discover it, it's because your lower unit already has issues.
