I have some buckets, and BOO KOO on order. something like 50 or more. i will bring what i have on Thursday. I will help with the bamboo. I have numerous places to harvest the BOO. I can get the really big stuff. I guess we will have to eat at I Hop on your side unless you have a better idea.

We were fishing on Lake Weiss this weekend and anchored down on our honey hole just off deep water and onto flats. There were two boats came by us trolling at night. They were long lining jigs on the flats and they were catching them at a pretty good pace. We asked the one guy if he was using minnows or jigs and he said they troll with jigs. I think we might give that night time troll a chance. Of course we were burning them up too, as was most everyone else this weekend.

Works I guess if you have some light, but I imagine untangling lines can be a pain, just hotta hope you don't run into a striper.

Red fern, three of us went in my boat last Thursday to West Point and caught over 300, kept 65. Pulled single 1/32 and single 1:16.

Earl told you right. Fish are on everywhere it seems. Funny I was talking about night trolling today. This is an old thread 2009. I have beentrying to get someone to go with me night fishing for 2 days. Family doesn't want me to go alone. I've done it all my life. I'm going in the next few nights either way.
Just noticed my cell is not FalconSmitty.

I have never tried the glow worms tho. I used to fish dock lights at Sinclair and Blackshear in the 80's and I would troll from dock to dock with some success.
    Night fishing at Talquin!
You're a braver man than me, TNT. I couldn't imagine going across that lake at night
