Default Location of Lake Blackshear Camping

I have thought about this and now I want to hear from everyone on what ya'll want to do. We usually have been camping a little over half way down into the camp grounds. In my opinion this does put a burden on several people. All of Boy Scout Slough is a non-wake zone and it takes a long time to idle all the way to where we have been camping. Also we ask that the ones that are not camping to please park and walk to the slabfest camp sites. I feel by moveing on the west end of the camp grounds we could help to alleviate most of these problems. Also there is the rest rooms and the covered shelter closer to that end of the grounds. Now that I have stated my opinion ya'll please let me know what ya'll think. This will be a majoprity decision. Whatever the majority wants we will do.

Yes, I also think it would be better to cook under the shelter unless the majority wants it differrent

No problem ToonCrappie. About 75 ft from where you park to pavilion.

Rusty where ever works for everyone is fined with me. Its just nice to be able to run power to the boats for charging batteries. So whatever everyone agrees on is ok with astro and I, Just wish Feb 26th would get here quicker.

I remember us briefly talking about this at the last slabfest. I thought it was a good idea then and still do.

Thanks for remembering to bring this up Rusty.
