Thread: talquin march saturday 29th

it was the biggest fish of the day although it wasnt the right kind, we caught about 80 between 2 people only one weighted 2lbs, come home with 40 crappie

Me and my partner probaly caught over 100 Friday in the Polk Creek area. But overall, the fish were smaller than the average Talquin Crappie. We caught 9 that were over 2 lbs, the biggest being 2 lb 5 oz. I think the bigger fish were up on the banks of the creek in the pads and were being caught late afternoon and night time. We spent our time trolling. Didnt want to fight all the boats for a place to fish the pads during the day
