    Default anyone fishing sinclair yet...

I need to get a little practise in for the upcoming tournament in Nov. and was wondering if anyone has fished rooty creek in Sinclair lately. Seems the fish should be moving into the coves here real soon. Weather is looking good and those pesky ski dooos should be off the lake. Would like to hear a fovorable report if anyone has been there.

Jack1.......I haven't been in Rooty Creek this year, but I generally do good trolling in 15 to 20 foot of water around any structure that I can find this time of year on Sinclair. Is there a tournament coming up on Sinclair? If so, do you have any details like where to register, rules, and dates? Thanks in advance for any help!!

Manta.....been around, but not fishing much lately. Been busy putting some red meat(Deer) in the freezer. A couple of more weeks and I'll be hard at it trying to get some white meat(Crappie) in there. I check the board every day, so keep me posted.

I fished across from Nancy's Branch and Rooty Creek two Saturdays ago and caught zero in 5 hrs. I saw pleanty at different depts but all of them had their mouths shut. Good Luck. I would try again tomorrow but I think it's going to blow. Can't deal with wind and the grandson.

    Default no tournement yet!!!

I was looking at our schedule for CUSA and they have lake lanier on it. I don't know if that lake will still be there when the tournement comes around, so i was going to suggest sinclair as a replacement. we already fished oconee.
just have to wait and see.

FIshed Rooty in the wind today. It was really windy and still no real fish to amount to anything. Ended the day with 4 keeper crappie and some more yearling bass. THe bass are really raising well this year. I ended up in cole branch which is usually hot this time of the year. Temp is still over 70. Need about three more mornings of cold weather.
