with a 12 year old...I'd stay with long lining. fish are on ledges and channel edges...DEEP...you may need to pull heavier weight of add some lead!!!

Csuman....now that TNT is a good fisherman but a master of disguise you'll be a lookin for a 19 Sylvan and he will have changed to a.....

Sweet looking set up man. I fish mainly Oconee from a 17 bass tracker, probably the only on with a Clemson Flag on it. I,too, consider myself a rookie as i have only been doing this a year or so. This site will help you alot. Folks on here always ready to help out a fellow fisherman. Good luck
