    Where is the place to fish in the mountains? I will be around the Blairsville area in the next couple of months for a few days and I would love to try and catch some crappie around there. Thanks.

    Where to fish isn't a problem, several lakes within a short driving distance of Blairsville, Burton, Blue ridge, Seed, Rabun just to name 4. But I've never hear of anyone catching crappie out of any of the mountain lakes. Big calling card for them lakes in Small Mouth, trout and walleye.
