Glad you and the Misses had a nice day. Do they ever ring the bell in Dawsonville anymore? Andy-1Cove
Fished from about1.00 till about7.00, kept 20. It was lots different from last time with the lake near 3 feet over full pool, hard for me to get any size, caught lots of fish. They fish wanted the jig with the Wally Wiggle, all caught on docks with red/chart.1/32 jig. Found the best dock when leaving lake and will try to go again tomorow if my back feels allright, still had a great day on the lake with the wife. Put in at Nix Bridge and stayed in the area all day.Good luck to all.

If you are talking about the one when Bill won a race, they got a new one now and his son Chase is now racing and when he wins one they will still sound it. I did get back out on the lake today and same as yesterday lots of fish, just on the small size. If anybody gets out up the river watch out for crap floating, saw lots of logs and such, ramps are also up in the parking lots.
Got out today around 8am and fished till 3. Started out tight lining in 5-10 fow with no luck. Went to a community dock and caught about 40 or so. Had the same size problem but did manage 15 above 10". Biggest were 1.75 & 1.5. All caught on Jiffy Jig #22. Black head, bubblegum body, and chartreuse tail. Couldn't get a bite on any other color.
Fishing is like pizza.......Even when it's not that good, it's still pretty good!
